Robertson can redesign your existing system, or completely design a new system that will enable you to experience year-round comfort in your home.

Today's air conditioners are quieter, more efficient, and more reliable than the units of even ten years ago.

With a new air conditioner, you can enjoy cooler and dryer indoor conditions while conserving energy at up to 17 SEER, compared to 10 SEER just a few years ago.

For an estimate on a new air conditioning unit, complete our online Estimate Request or call us at 410-757-0023.

What is "SEER"?

SEER stands for "Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio." It is the term used to describe efficiency ratings for air conditioning units. Air conditioners range in efficiency from the minimum industry requirement of 10.0 SEER to the most efficient 17.1 SEER.

Can I just replace the heat pump on an older system to save money?

Unfortunately, no. Replacing only the outdoor unit will sacrifice your comfort and lower the efficiency of the unit. In fact, you can lose up to 15% of the unit's efficiency!

Even worse, your system may fail sooner than normal and most manufacturers' warranties will be voided. In this situation, seriously consider buying a complete heat pump system.
