Plans starting at $240 a year PEACE OF MIND: Two inspections, lubrication, adjusting and cleaning of your system to help keep it running at peak trouble free efficiency. TRAINED SERVICE STAFF to maintain and repair your equipment. PREFERRED CUSTOMER STATUS for emergency service in the summer and winter. Two Options For Parts & Labor: PLAN A: PARTS & LABOR: Paid for by the policy (except the heat exchanger, compressor, & coil – these are covered by manufacturer’s warranties, but labor to install is covered). No unexpected large bills when you least need them! PLAN B: PARTS & LABOR other than normal maintenance will be billed to the customer as needed with 10% discount off of normal rates. |
