Disconnect your garden hose in the fall to prevent the outside sillcock from the winter freeze. Make sure you don't have any leaky faucets. A simple drip can equate to over 250 gallons of water a month!
My heat won't come on. First check to see that the heat is set to "on" and that the thermostat isn't set to air conditioning or fan. Then turn the thermostat up to between 70-75 degrees to see if the heat kicks on. If this doesn't work, go to the circuit box and check to see if the breaker has been tripped. If none of these steps work call a Robertson's service technician immediately. |
